BMW today announced US prices for its M-powered X5 and X6. The X5 M starts at $85,400 and the X6 M at $88,900 — which are massive premiums over the regular V8 versions of these vehicles, $29,200 more for the X5 and $22,250 more for the X6. Customers can order in May, with delivery happening in the autumn. Revealed just two weeks ago at the New York auto show, both M models pack a twin-turbo 555-horsepower V8, specially tuned sport suspension, 20-inch wheels, plus lots more go-fast stuff.
